Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

The order is sent to the nearest parcel shop or directly to your home where you will receive a message on arrival. Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days before it reaches a DAO, Bring or PostNord shop and expected delivery time is usually 2-4 days after it reaches a shop.

The estimated delivery time abroad is as follows:

USA 7-10 business days

Europe 7-10 business days

​

Japan 6-10 business days

Return & Exchange Policy

Customers are responsible for paying for any additional charges that may occur for customs clearance. As customs policies may vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

If any package shall be picked up at a specific delivery point, the Customer shall do so within the time specified in the notification.

Our shipping partners will attempt several deliveries, but if your order is returned to us through no fault of our own, you will be responsible for the extra delivery charge to cover the second delivery attempt, before we resend your order. 

 

If you refuse to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to us. If you wish a refund, you will still need to notify us. In this case, shipping costs or other fees will not be refunded.

Refund policy

The customer always has a 14-day return policy. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of food. However, if a coffee product has a defect from our side, we would very much like to exchange the product.

In the case of returns, please contact us before returning any items. You can reach out to us by sending an email to info@arabica-coffee.shop.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received it. 

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged or do not comply with the above-listed criteria. 

When everything is verified, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
